The vets here are good but the people that work the desk are aggressive for a vet’s office. I had to ask them to stop sending me constant email and telephone reminders for non essential tests (example: additional fecal tests for my indoor cats, whose last tests were clean). I let it go, but after a young woman on the phone (not the vet, mind you, a customer service person) was rude to me about my dog missing 2 doses of a 45 day medication, I called to cancel my appointment and I’m not going back. I think they need to re-train their customer service people in a major way.

Been going here for 10 years because Dr Castro is so thorough. I moved to Maryland but still bring my dogs here. He and his office staff are the BEST!!.

This vet pulled off mission impossible and got my dog through the absurd amount of paperwork required for Australia. I can say Kim is one and only person could pull this off and she’s absolutely amazing. Never seen a more competent person. I’m so lucky I came across this vet.

Friendly staff. Vet spent time after the dog's teeth cleaning to recap the visit and provided advice and a timeline to help the pups reach a healthier weight range. 🐕 🇦🇷

I ABSOLUTELY! enjoyed my visit here. Dr. Juan Castro was VERY! friendly with EXCELLENT! Service. He took the time to explain everything! He even asked my daughter did she have any questions that she wanted to ask in ref to Latte' ( our NEW! family member! ) it was well worth the trip there. Thank you also to the staff that was there, the two young ladies whose names I can't recall! ( sorry! ) you both were AMAZING!! & helpful! 🥰👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
